Die Shoppingmeile bot eine perfekte Kulisse für einen entspannten Bummel, und die zahlreichen Restaurants mit ihrem kulinarischen Angebot waren eine Einladung, die vielfältigen Geschmäcker Korsikas zu entdecken und zu genießen.
During my stay in the capital of Corsica, Ajaccio, I could feel the omnipresent presence of Napoleon Bonaparte. His historical legacy is deeply rooted in the city, which is reflected in a museum dedicated to him, among other things. I felt particularly at home at the local market; it was a feast for the senses, surrounded by a variety of Corsican delicacies and other products to taste and buy. The vibrant port city was always alive with people bustling in the streets and enjoying the dynamic atmosphere. The shopping mile provided a perfect backdrop for a relaxed stroll, and the numerous restaurants with their culinary offerings were an invitation to discover and enjoy the diverse flavors of Corsica.
